Nicole wears many hats; including Client services, strategy, project management, leading teams, traditional and social media marketing, and just about any other area of creative agency life you can think of.
She’s a fanatic when it comes to delivering projects on time and on budget. Nicole has almost 20 years of experience working with clients across a variety of industries providing advertising and marketing tools and generating sales leads.

Catherine’s diverse background in journalism, digital marketing, nonprofit work, and graphic design allows her to transition seamlessly between a variety of client projects and draw upon whatever skills are necessary to get the job done well. Jay is a proactive and highly organized Project Coordinator who ensures MOD’s operations run smoothly and that client deliverables stay on track. With a background in administrative support, team leadership, and customer service, Jay brings a solutions-driven mindset to every project. At MOD, Jay coordinates internal meetings, manages project timelines, tasks, and provides support across marketing initiatives—including content organization, asset delivery, and quality control. Outside of work, Jay is actively involved in volunteer work at his church and is passionate about continuous learning and developing new skills.
