We believe in agility, creativity, and getting it right for our clients every time. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with 3–5 years of professional experience to join our creative team. What You’ll Do

Design and produce creative assets for print and digital media, including:

  • Logos and brand identity systems

  • Business cards, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials

  • PowerPoint presentations and templates

  • Website design elements, landing pages, and graphics

  • Social media and email marketing visuals

  • Maintain brand consistency across all projects.

  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and marketing specialists to deliver high-quality creative on time.

  • Retouch and manipulate images as needed.

  • Translate client ideas into compelling visual concepts that align with strategic goals.

  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and technology.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience (agency experience a plus).

  • Software Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Canva a plus.

  • Portfolio: Strong, diverse portfolio showcasing logo design, print collateral, digital marketing assets, and web/social media graphics.

  • Creative Strengths: Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and color theory.

  • Mindset: Self-motivated, adaptable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

  • Collaboration Skills: Able to work independently and as part of a team, receptive to feedback, and able to adjust quickly.
